Bzy Day

OK - so I'm in contract negotiations all morning, stepped out for a minute to take ownership of a house, grabbed a quick lunch (which I'm scarfing down right now) & will be back at negotiating in about 5 minutes. Tonight I have some birthday shopping plans and will possibly be helping a friend move.

All in all a very busy day.
